this hobo bag is so much fun! it's big enough for an overnight trip and small enough to meet your day-to-day needs! i use mine as a diaper bag/purse, but it would be a great diaper bag in and of itself. it is reversible, so it is not lined. however, if you would like it lined instead of reversible, that is available as well! it is lined with interfacing to make it a little stronger in order to fit your needs and it has 6 pockets total. there are three on the inside and three on the outside. the pockets can be made a little deeper, and both sets can be on the inside if you don't want it reversible. this is very much a custom made bag! sadly, the fabric in the picture is not available at this time, however, any fabric choice to the right is available, and for $5 more, i can get a fabric specific to your needs! these sell for $75, with $5 shipping, as always. email me with any questions!

several of you have asked me to make these purses and i have been putting it off because of time. however, now, i believe i have the time to make these purses for whomever would like them! i get complements on this purse everywhere i go. and when i say "i made it!" people are blown away! don't you love getting handmade products that everybody loves!?! these purses are lined with interfacing and lined on the inside. it will stand up on its own with nothing in it (or with a lot in it ;)) it has three pockets on the inside, 2 smaller ones and one big one. i use it as a diaper bag/purse and carry everything i need in it. i never feel like i don't have enough room, but it could easily be just a purse as well! it is custom made to fit your needs, so if you only want two big pockets, we can do that, or 4 smaller pockets, that's fine, too! it is available in any fabric choice to the right, or for an extra $5, i'll find a specific fabric that you would like! they sell for $75 because of the time it takes to make them and because they are custom made. it will also take up to 2 weeks for you to receive your purse because of the aforementioned reasons. email me with any questions!

on to the give away! this is one of my nursing covers in a new fabric choice!!! i call this "willy wonka". i LOVE this new fabric!!! my husband says that this is one of those patterns that will look great for about 5 years, then isaac is going to see these pictures and say "you fed me under THAT?!?!?" but, for now, it's really really cute!!

the great thing about these nursing covers is that they have about a 14 inch peice of boning in the top so it is easy to look down and see baby while he/she can also look up and see you! you sometimes feel like you need 4 hands when you're nursing and trying to cover up...well, this takes care of that! it also has an adjustable strap secured with velcro that goes around your neck. this is the BEST thing that i have had with my second son that i didn't have with my first. so, when you leave a comment to enter the give away, let me know what you really think about willy wonka! and trust me, nothing will hurt my feelings ;) thanks for entering and good luck!!

in the past, i have only taken payment by check, but now, if you prefer, you can pay for your order on etsy! i will list the order just for you, then you can pay using paypal so no stamp, and no remembering to put the check in the mail (that's what i always forget!) because of the high demand for custom-made orders, i will only list the orders that have been placed on my etsy page (for the moment, at least).

well, first of all, i'm so sorry that i haven't posted since the beginning of november!! however, to my credit, i have been very busy with these two little boys...

that's right, i had another baby! his name is isaac james and he is almost 8 weeks old. he looks a little surprised in this picture...he really hates the camera and flash, so it's good that his eyes are at least open for this one ;) and big brother, dillon, is doing great, as well. he turned one two weeks after isaac was born, then we had 2 weeks of Christmas, a new year, and now we're on a business trip with my husband for the weekend. WOW! however, i wanted you to know i'm still here!

thanks so much to everyone who has purchased slings, burpees, and diaper dittees over the past couple of months. i really believe the word is getting out about bug-a-roo and i'm so excited! i do have to apologize...i think my pictures were messed up for much of december and maybe even november. i do appreciate one of my friends letting me know that she couldn't see the pics, though. i have put back up pictures of the fabric and available products. you can see them by clicking on the right. i also have a thought about a new product, but i am going to have to wait and see if i can do it right and figure out a good cost for it. anyway, more on that later! i hope everyone had a fantastic Christmas and new years! please let me know who you are and where you're from so i know who is looking at bug-a-roo! since march, we have had over 2,000 visitors to the sight! so i would love to know where you all are located ;) check back soon for that new product! hello, everyone!! i have some new fabric and new prices i'd like to share with everyone. summer has been a very busy time, and i'm so glad that fall is upon us! i absolutely love the fall, and what better way to carry your baby than in a sling on a nice fall evening stroll? :) i have some new fabric that i absolutely LOVE as well. here's a pic of that.

i've been working on some new items to sell and i've figured them out! i've had the burpees for a while, but i hadn't had a chance to put up a picture. so, this is what the burpees look like, and you can get it to match your sling of course! unfortunately, i don't have this fabric anymore, and i would LOVE to get it back in. so, keep your fingers crossed ;)

also, i've come up with a diaper dittie. it holds 2-3 diapers and a travel size wipes case. it also could hold a few other things as well...like a paci, burpee, or maybe a very small toy. this is just such an easy thing to throw in your purse, or carry as a clutch to a wedding or nicer event so that you don't have to lull around your huge diaper bag! here's a couple of pictures for you to enjoy. they are sold for $20 and they can even double as a changing pad.

well, i have been very busy thanks to you guys! thank you so much for buying slings and burpees, and i am still thinking of new things to try everyday. i just purchased some new fabric that i should have in for the summer! it's very fun and i still have the green with white polka dots and one sling left in both the white with pinwheels and brown flowerdy fabric.

this is a black with white swirly design. good for the modern chic mom.

this is a pink paisley design. it has all different colors in it...white, green, pink (of course.) very cute!

and this is my fave...it's blue of course, with white and tan leaf designs.

well, i have been on a mad hunt for some new fun fabric and found a few great things. i'm working on getting some fabric within the next couple of weeks, though, so keep checking back if you don't prefer any of these fabrics. we are gearing up for summer here and you know that lots of showers (wedding and baby) happen near the summer time. thanks to everyone who has purchased a sling so far! i'm really enjoying getting this business off the ground. i am also going to be having a party probably in may with a friend of mine who does stationery. i will definitely let you know when that will be taking place. for now, here are the fabrics that i have. again, the fabric is a first come, first serve right now. i will let you know if i can continue getting the same fabric in, especially if it is a popular print.
